This shop is very small and it's just me running things. I will try to do returns on a case by case basis however, I am going to be very upfront with the products I sell and will not sell a product that I do not think merits the price it is listed at. If I miss something in my quality inspection and you do end up with poor products please feel free to contact me and I will see what I can do to help.

I don't have to opportunity to travel myself to deliver each package so I have to go by what USPS says through the tracking number. I will help you get in contact and search the mail system for your order, but i cannot do much beyond that. You are the most knowledgeable person on your address so if you know that the mailman has a habit of screwing up your other orders I'm perfectly happy to send yours to a friends address for you if you put that in the requested address.

With the size of my shop a majority of items will for the time being be preorder. I will however make sure that the turnaround time for orders is relatively quick. Again though, it's just me doing this and it's my first time ever attempting selling, or even selling across the world.

Sorta, most shift knobs are made to order. I am constantly trying to create an inventory of them, since i make them myself, but if I have enough on hand they will ship quickly!
